Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach is well known for its stunning beaches, as well as of course the MTV reality show. Honestly that show did not do it justice, being here in person you can see why it is such a special place. I will say most of Laguna is super casual, even though there are a ton of cliffside mansions and luxury hotels. I highly recommend going from the Montage Hotel, down the steps to walk along the cliffside, and stop at Treasure Island Beach. Be careful though, the waves are very dangerous. Getting a good look at the Montage pool is also a must.
